We have been working with Carly for 7 years and 4 home purchases and 2 home sales! Since her dad, Cay, and her husband, Patrick, are both real estate superstars, you get such deep team expertise. They're incredibly knowledgable about the San Diego market but we've purchased homes in Idyllwild and Big Bear with them as well.

They are really well-connected in the community as well, they introduced us to our mortgage broker and we were able to refinance all of our homes with him. They also connected us to a 1031 exchange specialist to save on taxes.

Selling our home was the easiest experience EVER working with Carly. I only had to go to the home once, she took care of cleaning, repairs, painting, staging, tours, and all else that goes into selling. We sold way above our asking price and were thrilled.
